Enterprise data
Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL platforms, warehouses, semantic models, pipelines, governance, quality, access and executive reporting.
I created the Managed Data Practice for organizations that need reliable data assets but do not want the cost and management burden of building an internal data department.

I have spent more than 25 years designing, building, improving and leading enterprise software and data solutions. My career spans energy, utilities, financial services, government, industrial operations, mining and healthcare.
That background combines executive and stakeholder communication with practical architecture, engineering, analytics, software delivery, governance, training and long-term support.
I work personally with a limited number of clients. The purpose is not to produce a strategy report and leave. It is to understand the business, create valuable and maintainable assets, operate them responsibly and continue improving the capability over time.
Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL platforms, warehouses, semantic models, pipelines, governance, quality, access and executive reporting.
Enterprise applications, databases, integrations, APIs, workflow systems, performance engineering and maintainable technical design.
Executive alignment, roadmaps, prioritization, delivery governance, training, documentation and translation between business and technology.
No rotating delivery team and no handoff from salesperson to junior consultants.
